Experienced Roof Installer Lead Hand (metal roofing – no asphalt shingles, no flat roofing)

Residential/Commercial Roofing.

Responsibilities :

• Hands on rough and finish carpentry work, restoration, repair and framing.
• Lead crews to ensure specifications and schedules are followed.
• Enforce safety compliance throughout job site.
• Safely operate all hand and power tools to complete carpentry related projects.

Requirements:

• References required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in carpentry with minimum of 2 years in a lead role.
• Would prefer applicant have working at heights certification.
• Organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detail oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Must be comfortable with travel for work.
• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license.

Salary: $35.00 – $45.00/hr. Plus profit sharing bonus structure
